Hyperlink Supplementary Material Figures are in MRIcron format. Here, we add a quick manual to open your individual patient MRI and then overlay our Hyperlink Figures (follow-up and never seizures maps).

1. Click on the MRIcron link in order to install this free software: http://people.cas.sc.edu/rorden/mricron/index.html

2. By default, the files will be installed in "C:\Program Files\MRIcron".

3. Go to the MRIcron folder and double click to the dcm2niigui.exe application and a screen will open.

3. Move (drag with the mouse) your individual patient MRI (DICOM or native format) to the open dcm2niigui screen. Automatically, your individual image will be converted to nii format and saved in the same folder you have your individual patient MRI.

4. The, go to the C:\Program Files\MRIcron and click to the MRIcron.exe application.

5. Click: File (in the left upper side of the screen) and then, click open. Take your individual patient MRI image that you converted to nii format (nii.gz).

Note: Our Hyperlink Supplementary Material Figures (follow-up and never seizures) have been all flipped to the left side. If the patient tumor is located in the right side, after opening the image and before opening the overlay Figures, your individual patient MRI image might be lifted to the left side.

Click: Draw (left upper side of the screen), then click Advanced and then click LR Flip and save the image. Now you can open your image again with the tumor placed in left side.

6. Finally, click overlay (left upper side of the screen) and then add and open the Hyperlink Figures (follow-up and never seizures). Now, you have your 3D individual (patient MRI) and our seizure-susceptible maps overlaid.
